Toto jackpot of over S$12.2 million won after four draws without a Group 1 winner

Thursday night’s Singapore Pools “Toto” lottery draw saw its Group 1 prize pool of S$12,286,496 won by a ticket from the iTOTO System 12 bet type, after a number of draws without a top-prize winner.

The winning numbers announced for Draw No. 4128, held on November 6, 2025, were 3, 20, 24, 29, 32, and 44, with an additional number of 46.

Snowball to a major jackpot

After three successive draws without a Group 1 winner, the Toto top prize had snowballed to the S$12.2 million level.

The winning ticket was an iTOTO System 12 entry where 12 numbers are chosen to improve the chances of winning and was sold in 28 units, meaning the jackpot will be divided among 28 winning shares.

Each of the 28 units will receive S$438,803 as its share of the Group 1 prize. Of those units, 18 were sold online and 10 at physical outlets.

In addition to this, there were 11 winning shares that received S$123,444 each in the Group 2 prize category.

Where and how the ticket was purchased

The Group 1 winning ticket was distributed across ten physical outlets and also online, according to Singapore Pools. Some physical outlets listed are the Dawn Florist at Aljunied Avenue 2, and the NTUC FairPrice outlets at Changi Business Park and Jurong Point.

The sweeping nature of the win means many punters stand to benefit from the windfall, marking one of the largest Toto jackpots of the year in Singapore.

What you need to know about Toto and iTOTO

Standard Toto requires punters to select six numbers from 1 to 49. Matching all six will entitle the punter to win the Group 1 prize. If nobody wins, the prize amount “snowballs” or rolls over to the next draw, to a maximum of four consecutive draws. If still not claimed, the prize pool cascades to the Group 2 category.

The iTOTO System 12 is an enhanced bet type in which players select 12 numbers, thereby covering all combinations of six out of those twelve. It’s a more expensive ticket, but it increases the chances of winning, and in this case, produced the jackpot.

Why this matters

While the top prize has surpassed S$12 million, this is a notable win not just in terms of its size but also in its being divided among many winners, meaning a broad spread of jackpot recipients. For many Singapore punters, this draw underlines both the possible reward and long odds typical of games of chance.

The system of rollovers amplifies interest when the jackpot climbs, and the iTOTO System 12 variant adds another layer of opportunity and cost for serious players.

Responsible gaming & next steps

While giant jackpots have drawn more attention, Singapore Pools authority still tries to tell players that the odds of winning remain slim and lottery participation should not be seen as an investment.

Prizes not claimed by the claimant deadline, in this case, by May 5, 2026, will be channeled to social causes and managed by the Tote Board.

Looking ahead

The next draw is slated for Monday night, when the prize pool size will again depend on whether there is another Group 1 winner. Given the recent win, many eyes will be on the game’s performance and whether the jackpot resets or snowballs further.

For now, the S$12.2 million payout remains one of the biggest lottery stories in Singapore, driven by strong interest in a deep rollover and a rare 28-way split of a top prize by an iTOTO System 12 ticket.
